Literacy Volunteers of Upshur County Literacy is a non-profit agency tutoring students 16 years or older in reading, writing, life skills, English Second Language (ESL) and basic computer.

Students are required to be 16 years or older and not currently enrolled in the public school system. Literacy Volunteers of Upshur County is a non-profit agency located in Buckhannon, WV. Our goal is to reduce illiteracy rates through out Upshur County, WV. Literacy Volunteers provides FREE, confidential, one-on-one or group tutoring to those who are 16 years or older in reading, writing, life skills and English Second Language.
