This includes the tree lawn, or the grassy space between the sidewalk and the road where public utilities and access points are located. Signs that are currently in the public right of way should be moved onto your private property, and signs that are still in the public right of way after the holiday (Monday, September 7th) may be removed. The City will be undertaking asphalt patching work along River Street beginning Monday August 31st and continuing through Wednesday September 2nd. River Street will be closed during this time with a detour set up on Fulton Street.

There will still be access up to the Lowery's parking lot on River St while work is being completed.
