Ottawa Elementary Power Outage Update

Due to the recent afternoon storm, Ottawa Elementary is currently without power, and there is no estimated restoration time. Ottawa parents are welcome to pick up their students early between now and regular dismissal. All remaining students will dismiss at the normal time.

Every year the nation takes one week to show appreciation to our teachers and staff. We don't think one week is enough, but we do our best to cram in as much love as we can. This year PTO had a lot of support from the Community and we wanted to take a moment to say Thank You.

Thank you to the Buchanan Community for helping us show our appreciation - Kenzie's Craft Studio, Union Coffee, Rachel Hauch, Redbud Hardware, Bucktown Boutique, Impressive Lettering, Bucktown Nutrition, Milano's Pizza, River St Joe, McCollum's, Fernwood, Lehmans, Natural Instinct Massage, River of Life Yoga, Glendora Bookshop, & Crumble Cookies.

And finally to all the Parents & Students for filling out appreciation pages and donating snacks for the teachers!
