Haralson County Fire Department says farewell and good luck to, two of our own, who has served our community with dedication and commitment for so many years. Lieutenant Dave Wade and Lieutenant Robert Bell both move on to other departments to continue to serve in their new roles has Deputy Chiefs. Dave Wade has been Deputy Chief for Carroll County Fire Rescue for 6 months now. Robert Bell will be taking on the role of Deputy Chief for Heard County Fire and Emergency Services. Haralson County can not express it's thanks and gratitude enough for the many years of faithful service. Chiefs this is not good bye but good luck and Godspeed.

As a new week begins, Atlanta and the whole state celebrated a new beginning this weekend in the form of our new soccer team, Atlanta United FC. "Unite and Conquer" may be their slogan, but we're hoping everyone in GA can unite to conquer traffic deaths in 2017.
