The City of Bryant recently held a workshop and public meetings regarding updates to the Animal Control Ordinance. After receiving community feedback, particularly around livestock and poultry regulations, the City has separated the proposed changes into two ordinances and will continue moving forward with general animal control updates focused on public safety and clearer guidelines.
The livestock and poultry portion has been withdrawn for now to allow further discussion and community input.
Another City Council Workshop will be held on June 11, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Boswell Municipal Complex to continue the conversation and ensure resident voices are reflected in the process.
