We had a lot of fun trying to "outfox" the people who hid small transmitters (foxes) from us at the Bryan East End Park on Sunday, May 17. WCARA held a Fox Hunt throughout the park on a beautiful sunny day. Using directional antennas, some homemade from tape measures, and some of us using handheld radios, we walked around the park listening for the strongest beeping signals which indicated where the transmitters were. Mick Wolf said he enjoyed it so much, he's going to build his own antenna to use the next time we have a Fox Hunt!!! And thanks to all the people who fixed some delicious food to reinvigorate us after all our searching!!!
