Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bath/Brunswick is growing, and we’re looking for a Development Director to help expand mentoring opportunities for youth across Sagadahoc, Cumberland (Brunswick & Harpswell), Lincoln, and Androscoggin Counties.

This full-time hybrid (mostly remote) role based in Bath/Brunswick, ME will lead fundraising strategy, write and manage grants, cultivate donor relationships, and help build long-term sustainability for our programs.
