Public announcement........according to CC Electric Dept there will an electricity outage in the morning Thursday 06/04/2026 approx @ 7:45 for about 2 hours, near the high school.

Notice:

The Board of Mayor and Alderman of the Town of Bruceton will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday June 15th, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Bruceton City Hall on the Board's Intent to Exceed the Certified Property Tax Rate.

There is hereby proposed a Property Tax Rate of $1.655 per $100 of Assessed Value on all Real and Personal Property. This exceeds the Certified Rate per the Carroll County Property Assessor.

The FYE2027 Budget will be read for the 2nd and final time after the Public Hearing.

The Proposed Budget can be viewed on the Town's Website at www.townofbrucetontn.gov under Public Notices.
