Thank you to everyone that stopped by The ARK booth today at CCMC Health Fair. We asked visitors if they would write encouraging messages to survivors in our shelter. 💚 It was so heart warming to read the beautiful and uplifting messages of hope, that our community wrote.

We can't wait to put the messages up on display at the shelter. May is mental health awareness month ~ Let's all try to be little kinder and help support those in need.
