As I prepare to close this chapter of my life, my heart is filled with gratitude, pride, and countless memories. Serving as principal of the Edmonson County 5/6 Center has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
This goodbye is especially emotional because it is not only the end of my career, but also the closing of a school that has meant so much to so many. The halls of the Edmonson County 5/6 Center have been filled with laughter, learning, friendships, celebrations, and moments that have shaped many students and families. While the building may close, the memories and impact of this school will live on forever.
To our students, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Watching you grow academically, socially, and emotionally has been the greatest reward. Never forget how special you are and the potential you hold.
To our staff, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to children. You gave your hearts to this school every day, and I have been blessed to work beside such incredible people.
To our families and community, thank you for your trust, support, and partnership throughout the years. Edmonson County is a special place because of the people who call it home.
Though it is difficult to say goodbye, I leave with a heart full of appreciation and pride for all we accomplished together. The Edmonson County 5/6 Center will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will forever cherish the memories we made within these walls.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving this school and community. Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat. ❤️💙
Love, Mrs. Caudill
