Tonight we celebrated my mom. The older I get, the more I appreciate the love, sacrifices, and wisdom she has given our family. A mother's love knows no bounds, and I thank God every day for the blessing of having her by my side. Love you, Mom.

Today, I had the opportunity to speak before the Cameron County Commissioners Court and advocate for Saronic and the positive impact they can bring to our region. The Port of Brownsville has long been an economic engine for South Texas, and attracting innovative companies like Saronic helps create high-quality jobs, expand our tax base, and strengthen our local economy.

This investment represents new opportunities for our workforce, our businesses, and future generations. I believe in supporting projects that promote responsible growth and position Cameron County as a leader in innovation and economic development.

Enjoyed spending time with Hidalgo County Treasurer Lita Leo and Ruben Cavazos, Willacy County Treasurer. I truly value the opportunity to learn from experienced public servants who share the same commitment to serving their communities with integrity and professionalism.

Building relationships with fellow leaders helps us share ideas, strengthen our counties, and better serve South Texas. Proud to stand alongside them and support their efforts.

Had the honor of attending the swearing-in ceremony for my friend, Commissioner David A. Garcia, following an impressive victory of more than 1,800 votes.

This race was about the future of South Texas and the continued growth of our port, economy, and regional opportunities. It was great to see so many community leaders, friends, and supporters come together to celebrate this important moment for our region.

PS - Big news coming soon at the Port of Brownsville ๐Ÿ‘

Had the opportunity to attend a powerful court hearing held at Port Isabel Early College High School, focused on helping students understand the real-life consequences of their decisions.

These efforts are so important in guiding our youth and protecting their futures. A special thank you to Judge Gloria Rincones 445th District Court for leading this impactful initiative.

Had a blast at the Easter Community Event in Willacy County! It was such a blessing to see so many families and kids having fun and watching the community come together to celebrate this Easter season.

It was also great visiting good friends in Willacy โ€” I truly cherish those friendships and look forward to staying engaged with the community. Special thank you to Constable Albert Garza for hosting such a wonderful event!
