PART-TIME SECRETARY

Centerville Borough, Washington County, is accepting applications for a part-time (16–20 hours per week) employee to assist with borough administration and the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the Borough. Applicants should be proficient in Word and Excel, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. A secretarial and/or accounting background is desirable, as well as customer service experience. Resumes with cover letters should be received at the Centerville Borough Office, 100 East End Road, Brownsville, PA 15417, by Friday, May 29, 2026.

Per Centerville Borough Ordinance 02-10, Borough residents may not perform any activity that causes hazardous waste, including but not limited to grass, snow, weeds, to be deposited onto any of the various roadways of the Borough of Centerville.
Centerville Borough asks that residents refrain from discharging grass clippings onto Borough roads as this poses serious safety hazards to motorized vehicles.

Attention Centerville Residents! 🧹

Residents of Old National Pike are hosting a roadside cleanup between Conti Rd. and Spring Rd., and we need your help!

Date: Saturday, April 11 (Rain Date: Sunday, April 12)
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Meeting Location: The intersection of Old National Pike and Spring Road.

Important dates to remember in April:

Friday, April 3rd - The Borough office will be closed in observance of Good Friday.

Thursday, April 16th - Borough Street Sweeping will begin at 7:00 a.m.

Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th - Spring Clean-Up Days.
