Straight from the dept of “we don’t get enough good news these days” - agency motion to dismiss the portal case is hereby denied and we will proceed to the next stage.

if you are not a member but are entitled to damages I am telling you to signup, request a portal agreement and get the money this agency has been stealing from you for years.

Just because the agency is illegally ignoring your contract and limits the manner we can inform you about your rights doesn’t mean you are powerless.

Once the class is certified the judge will close that window. 💰💵⭐️
