So yesterday when we sent out the text and calls for the main break apparently some people did not get the message. We have asked for contact numbers and the ok to call or text different times in the yearly newsletter. Even if we have a number on file if you did not fill out the paper and give us the ok to send messages we did not add you to the call system. If you would like to be added to the automated calls please contact the office or send us a message and we will get you added. Thanks

All customers on AA HWY and T HWY that were without water north of CR 564 will be under a boil water advisory until further notice. Thanks

We have a main line broke on T Highway south of 60. Everybody from County Road 564 N. on T Highway will be without water. We will get it fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS starting July 1st, 2026 we will have new office hours. The new hours will be Monday and Friday 7:30-4 and Wednesday 7:30-12. There will still be someone on call 24/7 to handle emergencies, if you call the office there will be a number to contact on the answering machine. Remember we offer automatic payments by debit/ credit cards(will charge a fee) or we offer automatic payment from a checking account at no charge. Also, you can pay your bill online at butlercowater3.com there is an option for quick pay with account number or you can set up an account online. We are also working on getting a new drop box for the office that will have envelopes available to drop off payments. If you have any questions feel free to reach out at 573-785-5571

JUST A FEW REMINDERS WITH THE INCOMING WEATHER. DON’T END UP LIKE THIS HOUSE! Leave your faucets dripping and remove all outside hoses from the hydrants. If you do need your water shut off please call the office there will be someone on call all weekend. Thanks and stay warm!!

Our office will close at noon on Friday Jan 16th so we can attend the funeral services for one of our longtime board members. We understand that the 16th is also the last day to pay without penalty so we will extend the due date until the 19th.
