Hey everyone! 🌊☀️

With the weekend just around the corner, we are so excited to welcome you all back to Splash! There is nothing better than seeing our community come together on the pool deck.

As we dive into the season, we want to make sure everyone has an amazing, relaxing, and—most importantly—safe time in the water. To keep our swimmers protected, we want to clarify our safety float policy.

🛡️ Safety First: Keeping Our Swimmers Safe
At Splash, we maintain a strict No non USCG floatation device policy during regular hours.
We know inflatables are fun, but traditional air-filled floats, rafts, and pool noodles are classified as toys rather than safety devices. They can easily deflate, slip away from or off of a child, or obstruct our lifeguards' view of the bottom of the pool.

To ensure the highest standard of safety, all flotation devices must be USCG (U.S. Coast Guard) approved or UL listed.
* Why UL Listed? Underwriters Laboratories (UL) tests personal flotation devices to the exact same rigorous safety standards and performance restrictions as the USCG.
* What to look for: Check the inside of your vest or puddle jumper for the official USCG approval number or the UL safety stamp before heading over!

🍩 Miss your fun floats? Don’t worry! We will be hosting special Float Nights throughout the season! Stay tuned for those dates.

Hey Splash Family!

We want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our opening weekend so wonderful. It was great seeing so many familiar and new faces at the pool!

Here is what you need to know moving into the weekend:
🕒 Upcoming Hours
Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

📲 QR Code Access Instructions
Before heading to the pool, please ensure you have your check-in QR codes ready. If you need to access yours, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our website and select Member Login.
2. If you are having trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password function with the email address you used when you originally purchased your membership.
3. (Alternative) If you signed up using a Gmail address, you can also try using the Google Sign-In option.
4. Once you are successfully logged in, simply scroll to the bottom of your account page to view your QR code.

📞 Need help? If you run into any issues getting your code, please give us a call between the hours of 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM so we can help you sort it out before you get to the gate.

🛟 Flotation Device Policy
A quick safety reminder for everyone: all flotation devices must be U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) approved.
To keep all of our swimmers safe, this means standard pool toys and non-approved inflatables—including pool noodles, water hammocks, and blow-up donuts—are not permitted in the pool.

We are open today until 8:00PM stop by, get your laps in, take your swim test, or lounge poolside!

Important Update for Splash Members & Guests!!

Dear Splash Community,
As previously communicated, we have implemented new rules regarding flotation devices at the pool.
Recently, a day-pass holder requested a refund due to these updated policies. Although our staff made every attempt to discuss the guidelines and find a solution, the guest chose not to engage. If this individual wishes to return, we remain open to discussing future options with them.
We want to emphasize that these flotation device rules are strictly in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our members and guests. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we enforce these safety standards.

Before you pack your swim bags, we have a quick tech update to make your check-in seamless:

When you arrive, please stop by the front desk to scan in each member attending to pool.

🤔 Don't have your QR code yet? No worries! Here is how to find it:
1. Head to our website and click Member Login.
2. Click Forgot Password to trigger a quick reset sent to your email
3. Log back in with your email and new password.
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to view your QR code!

🌊 Splash Update: Welcome from the New Management Team!

Hello Splash Friends and Families,
First and foremost, thank you so much for your patience! We understand that communication has been a bit sporadic lately. To clear up any confusion: ownership has not changed—it is still Splash!

Our new management team just recently gained access to our communication channels, and we are working hard to streamline everything for you.

☀️ Upcoming Pool Hours & Schedule
As previously posted, we are officially open today and tomorrow from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM!

Moving forward into June, our temporary schedule will be:
Monday – Thursday: Closed until school gets out
Fridays: Open 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: Open 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Important Pool Note: Through the middle of June, we will be maintaining and opening our top three pools. The bottom two pools will remain closed for this brief period.

We want to reiterate that our team just took over communications yesterday morning, and we are fully committed to making this an incredible season for all of our members.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out tonight to celebrate our opening night with us! It was great seeing so many faces, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again tomorrow.
For those who were unable to make it tonight, please visit our website and log in to access your membership QR code.
📱 Having trouble logging in?
Please try these troubleshooting steps before giving us a call: (10AM-8PM )
Google Sign-In: If you used a Gmail address when you originally signed up, try using the "Sign in with Google" option.
Everybody else: Click "Forgot Password" and enter the exact email address used to purchase your membership. You will receive a reset link via email to log back into your account.
⚠️ Important Note: You must use the exact email address you used when you first signed up for your membership, or the system won't recognize your account!

explanation of pool rules for US Coast Guard/certified safety flotation devices

- If an individual is under the age of 15, they must pass the swim test. Once passed, they will receive a wristband every time they come to the pool, which will be checked on their QR code when entering

If your child does not pass the swim test and they want to go into the deep pool areas, they must wear a certified flotation device and be supervised by the parent or guardian at all times.

There will be special nights throughout This summer for flotation devices, such as rafts, tubes, etc.

🌊 Hey Splash Family! 🌊

We are so excited to welcome you all back to Splash today, May 29th, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM!

This is the first communication the new management team is sending out to the Splash Community. We understand there has been much confusion of where the pool stands and how things are being operated. Our team has been here for approximately 2 weeks getting the pools operational and fielding calls. Over this weekend there will be emails and posts to help understand the direction of Splash and clear up perception of the Swimmers Pledge concerning rules.

Currently our wonderful lifeguards and staff are balancing finishing up the school year and wrapping up sports obligations. To ensure everyone’s safety while accommodating the crowds we expect, we will be focusing our operations on the top three pools today. Concessions will be unavailable this weekend.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and endless support. We can’t wait to see you by the water! Let's make it a great weekend! ☀️😎
