Mr. Mazourek had the pleasure of joining 99.9 WXJB’s Morning Show on May 22, 2026, where he highlighted the Property Appraiser’s newly revamped website and refreshed logo. He also shared a brief update on this year’s TRIM notices, which will be mailed out and posted on our website beginning August 17, 2026.

We look forward to keeping our community informed and making property information easier than ever to access.

We want to share an important update regarding split/merge applications. Beginning Friday, June 12th, at 5:00 PM, our office will temporarily pause the acceptance of new split/merge submissions. This brief pause is necessary for our team to prepare and provide required documentation to the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) as part of our annual review process.

Once DOR completes its review of our submission, we can then resume accepting new submissions, we will promptly notify the community here on Facebook.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important step in our workflow.

𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 | Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Florida law requires property appraisers to conduct an in person inspection of every property at least once every five years. Our field appraisers are out in the community to ensure assessments remain accurate and up to date.

Our GIS team recently took part in Project Phoenix, a hands-on training exercise hosted by the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council (TBRPC). The program strengthens preparedness and response efforts by simulating real world storm and disaster scenarios, helping regional partners work together toward a more resilient community.
