Thank you Word of Life Florida The Coast for being such an amazing host for our SAREX this weekend. It's not everyday we get to rough it with surf and turf, steak and coconut shrimp! I see a lot of happy cadet and senior member faces!

Our squadron was honored to have the opportunity to participate in two Wreaths across America events today. We had two cadets who were part of the Missing Man table presentation at the Florida National Cemetery. Then we had several cadets and seniors who provided the color guard and helped with wreath placement at the Brooksville Cemetery.

Some of our cadets had a great opportunity to join the Wesley Chapel Cadet Squadron for a STEM day Jetblue University for some simulator and emergency training!

What a great day for launching rockets! These cadets had a BLAST! They were all shooting for the moon. Today was the advanced rockets with payload (eggs). Unfortunately several of the eggs did not survive the trip due to faulty parachute deployment. Others didn't have quite enough of a barrier between the engine and the eggs, so they came back a little cooked. On the sunny side...breakfast anyone?
