Today we took advantage of the Brookshire Pattison Library’s curbside service! It’s really easy to go online to reserve books. They called us a couple hours after we reserved to say they were ready.

The employees wear a face mask when bringing the books out to your car which is great.

We always have books at Lakeside Lending Library, but it’s also great to take advantage of our local county library as well!

So we’ve been playing a lot of Animal Crossing lately during quarantine, and I was so excited to find out that you can put a Little Free Library on your island!

I know it’s been raining a lot but we still have our library stocked up with books. Come by and check some out!

Any Star Wars fans out there in the galaxy? I added two sets of the Forces of Destiny series. These are great for 4th-7th graders. Also perfect for grown ups to read to 3rd grade and below!

Don’t forget there are also some DVDs in the library that you are welcome to borrow!

I want to give a very big shoutout to Lupe Billasano for fixing our library door! The door is now able to be closed and opened without pushing hard, and we can easily close the lock! Thank you Lupe, your help means a lot not only to me but the community that this library serves!

I also added 3 DVDs to the library today. Feel free to borrow them but try to bring them back when you’re done watching so another family can watch too!

Visited another lovely LFL today. This is at Katy Funeral home off of 99 and Kingsland. Addison left a couple trinkets and picked out a book and a bookmark!
