RHS HOMECOMING DANCE UPDATE!

Falcons, we listened - and you voted!

A survey was sent to students on Friday at noon and remained open through Monday at 10 p.m. The results are in, and based on student feedback, the 2026 Homecoming Dance has officially been moved to Saturday, September 19!

Join us Friday, September 18 for the Royal High School Homecoming Game and help us BLUE OUT the stands as we celebrate Falcon pride, tradition, and the generations who have made Royal what it is today!

🎺 And this year, we’re making Homecoming even more special! Former band, dance, and color guard members are invited to return to the field and perform alongside the Royal Marching Sound Machine and Falcon Fusion Jazzettes!

💙STUDENT VOICE IN ACTION- HOMECOMING DANCE — WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! 💙

The campus has received feedback hosting the homecoming dance on Friday may limit student participation. Most schools host the homecoming dance on Saturday. While many have an opinion, our students are the ones who will attend the dance. We are surveying our students on when THEY would like the dance to be held.

Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. as our new local Dunkin’ - 842 Jordan Ranch Rd - celebrates its Grand Opening!

🎶 The Royal High School Marching Band will be there performing and bringing the Falcon spirit!

Dunkin’ has already shown its support for Royal High School, and we’re proud to welcome them as a Royal ISD community partner. We encourage our Royal family to stop by, enjoy the festivities, and support a business that supports our students and schools!
