On September 18th 19th and 20th at Brookport City Park there will be a program that is a living history. It is for people of all ages there is no cost I think that it will be very interesting. The folks that are doing this is reenactors so they know the history. Please come out and support this group of people. If you have any questions you may contact me at 618-564-4022 or 270-201-3118. The laundromat is officially OPEN! 🎉
Our laundromat is now open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while work continues on the bar side. We appreciate everyone's patience as we put the finishing touches on the rest of the building.

Folks! Due to inclement weather, the Independence Day Bash is postponed until tomorrow, June 28th! All of the same activities will still occur as stated, but the parade has been moved up to 4:00 PM tomorrow, if you want to be in the parade begin lining up at 3:30 PM tomorrow!

Brookport City Hall will be closed Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM, in observance of Norma Oliver’s funeral services. Norma was the beloved mother of our wonderful City Collector, Kim Oliver. Please continue to keep her family in your prayers. Normal hours of operation will resume Thursday, June 10, 2026.
