Join a librarian from Macon Library at Hancock
Community Backyard Park for a morning
drawing and art workshop, taking in inspiration
from the garden’s greenery and urban
surroundings! We’ll meet at the park and spend an hour creating with community. All levels of artists are

FRIENDS OF MACON LIBRARY BOOK SALE!!!!

The Friends of Macon Library will be hosting a Book Sale on Saturday, June 13th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM!

Come browse a great selection of books and discover your next favorite read while supporting a great cause. All proceeds from the sale will directly benefit Macon Library and help support the programs, services, and resources our community enjoys year-round.

We are also accepting book donations through Friday, June 12th. If you have gently used books you’d like to share, please consider donating them to help make this event a success.

WE NEED PROM DRESSES! Any size welcome! Please drop them off at Macon Library or at Councilmember Chi Osse’s office at 1360 Fulton Street prior to April 16th on the weekdays. You can drop dresses to the Macon Library any day. Dresses will be available via sign up on April 18th at the Macon Library. Please see flyers for detailed information.
