Our 4th Grade Scholars just took their annual “Senior” trip to Washington DC.
Our scholars were kindly hosted at . Even though our scholars will start Middle School in September, it is never too early to start thinking about their future. That’s why during their trip, they visited and . There, they got to tour the schools, and get some behind the scenes look at the athletic departments.

Nuestros alumnos de cuarto grado acaban de realizar su viaje anual de “último año” a Washington D. C.
Fueron amablemente recibidos en . Aunque comenzarán la escuela intermedia en septiembre, nunca es demasiado pronto para empezar a pensar en su futuro; por eso, durante el viaje, visitaron y . Allí tuvieron la oportunidad de recorrer las instalaciones y conocer de cerca el funcionamiento de los departamentos de deportes.

Our End of Year Showcase theme was Art Through the Ages. The show transported us through time and space to experience the art and joy BIPOC people have been creating forever. Join us as we travel across time and enjoy these wonderful performances.

El tema de nuestra Muestra de Fin de Año fue «El arte a través de las épocas». El espectáculo nos transportó a través del tiempo y el espacio para experimentar el arte y la alegría que las personas BIPOC han estado creando desde siempre. At PAVE Academy’s Annual Science Fair all the Middle School scholars showed up and showed out with their many projects. Some explored everyday problems and others chose to dive into ancient machines. The winner taught us all about the heart. The day was full of fun and learning. Even our teachers left the gym turned exploration center with new knowledge.

En la Feria Anual de Ciencias de PAVE Academy, todos los estudiantes de secundaria se presentaron y lucieron con sus numerosos proyectos. Algunos exploraron problemas cotidianos, mientras que otros optaron por adentrarse en el mundo de las máquinas antiguas. El ganador nos enseñó todo lo relacionado con el corazón. La jornada estuvo repleta de diversión y aprendizaje; incluso nuestros maestros salieron del gimnasio —transformado en un centro de exploración— con nuevos conocimientos.

At PAVE Academy's Middle School, we don't gate-keep science until our scholars are older. We believe that our Scholars should have the opportunity to experience hands-on activities that are usually reserved for high schoolers. This is just one of the many ways we bring science alive in our classrooms.

En la escuela secundaria de PAVE Academy, no restringimos el acceso a la ciencia hasta que nuestros estudiantes son mayores. Creemos que nuestros alumnos deben tener la oportunidad de participar en actividades prácticas que, por lo general, están reservadas para los estudiantes de preparatoria. 7th Graders welcome Spring by visiting the New York Botanical Gardens ( ). The Scholars got their steps in while on a self-guided tour around the beautiful 250 acres in the Bronx.
