"It's weird to see where you live from a different perspective. I live on the 13th floor in the middle of the Gowanus Houses. When I'm there I'm always surrounded by the buildings and don't think about it as part of a larger neighborhood. The barbed wire feels to me like how Gowanus is separated from Carroll Gardens.
