On or about Monday, July 27th, 2026, through Friday, August 21st, 2026, the NYCDOT Division of Bridges will begin the installation of the Shoring Tower as part of the replacement of the 17th Avenue Pedestrian Bridge project. Weekday single lane closure will be required on westbound and eastbound direction from 10AM -2PM.

NYC Parks will not begin reconstruction until Monday, July 6th. The ballfields will remain open until then.
