NYCD GOAL is a chapter for GOAL NY, and we frequently partner with other LGBTQ law enforcement professionals in NYC such as NYPD, FBI, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Gay Officers Action League (GOAL) was formed in 1982 to address the needs, issues, and concerns of gay and le***an law enforcement personnel at NYPD.
