💛 Dear Community 💛
It’s with a heavy but deeply grateful heart that I share some important news: after much reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close The Play Lab.
This space was built with love — a place where children could learn, play, and grow, and where families could connect. Over the years, your smiles, laughter, and unwavering support have meant the world to us. Together, we’ve created memories that will live in our hearts long after our doors close.
Despite our best efforts — from new classes and workshops to special events — the challenges of recent months, including financial strain, unpredictable weather, and rising competition, have made it impossible to continue sustainably.
This decision did not come lightly. I’ve spent countless hours exploring every possible option, but in the end, I had to choose honesty over hope — knowing that stepping away is the most responsible path forward.
Our final day of operation will be Friday, October 24th.
If you’ve loved our space, we’d be so happy for you to stop by for one last play session — bring your little ones to say goodbye to the toys, our wonderful staff, and the space they’ve come to know and love.
We’ll continue to host birthday parties through December 15th, so there’s still time to celebrate with us!
For those with active services, we’ll be reaching out directly to arrange refunds and ensure everything is properly closed.
This is not goodbye forever — our after-school program, , is going strong, and we hope to see many of our young friends there!
Thank you for sharing your time with us, for trusting us with your little ones, and for every smile, laugh, and act of kindness. Your support has meant everything. Though this chapter closes, the joy, learning, and connections we’ve shared will live on — in every child’s laughter and every friendship sparked here. 💕
We hope each of you carries a little beam of the good vibes that filled The Play Lab.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Magda Lahliti
