Responsibilities include: Providing care for consumers with developmental disabilities and or traumatic brain injury in a group home setting, working on consumer goals, activities, community integration, assisting with ADL'S, administering medications, treatment documentation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing/shower consumers, meal preparation, light housekeeping chores and personal care as nee

ded. Must have good written and verbal english skills, must be flexible,reliable and self motivated. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have current First Aid, CPR and Medication Administration certificates, reliable car and auto insurance to take consumers on activities, mileage reimbursed, be able to pass the 245D background study. Must be available to start training immediately. Please see below for various openings:
-Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am to 3pm
-Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturday and Sundays: 8:30am to 3pm
-Mondays, Fridays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm to 10:30pm
-Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm to 10:30pm
-Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm to 10:30pm
-Awake Overnight: Mondays, Fridays and every other Saturdays and Sundays:10:30pm to 8:30am
-Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 10:30pm to 8:30am
-OR Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturdays and Sundays: 10:30pm to 8:30am
