When our teams ask you to double diaper your children 3 years old and younger, please do it.

The Lynwood Park Splash Pad is unfortunately closed due to f***l contamination. We hope to reopen the water features in the afternoon on Thursday, June 4.

The large pool at Lynwood Park is open and unaffected.

We mourn the loss of dedicated community leader Thomas "Tom" Lee Reilly. Tom was instrumental in the founding of the City of Brookhaven and greatly advocated for our parks and greenspaces.

The Tom Reilly Green Space, located at 1664 Re*****on Rd, was dedicated in September 2021 in appreciation of Tom's many years of service to the natural environment of the City of Brookhaven and his military service to our nation.

Great summers start at the Y! ☀️

The Cowart Family YMCA Day Camp will take place at our Briarwood Park facilities starting Monday, June 8. The camp offers a fun, safe environment for children ages 5 to 12 to explore, learn and grow.

Camps will run from 9AM to 4PM through July 24, with early drop-off and after-camp care available.

Clear your calendars! We need your help beautifying Briarwood Park. 🌻

Join us at "Mulch & Bloom Community Day" from 7AM to 1PM on Saturday, June 6. We'll be planting flowers, laying mulch, cleaning plant beds, touching up the landscape, and more!

This is a family-friendly event. Students needing community service hours are invited to attend.

The Lynwood Park aquatics facilities will have a delayed opening this morning, Wednesday, May 27. There is a plumbing issue and a repairman is on site. We will add an update to this post when the facilities open.
