Don’t miss out! September 11 is the last day for this round of Spirit Wear orders! 👕✨

The shop will remain open after September 11, but deliveries will be less frequent, so orders may take a little longer to arrive.

💛 And don’t forget your PTA membership! We still encourage every Creekwood family to become a member. Even if your Spirit Wear takes a little longer to arrive, your membership helps support our school and our Tigers! 🐯

📺 Missed Back to School Night? Here’s the scoop on our House TV Project! 🐯

Our PTA is working to help Creekwood Elementary raise funds to put a TV in each House pod! These TVs will help our Houses share announcements, celebrate accomplishments, display House points, and build even more House pride. 💛🧡💚💙💜

We’d love your help making this project a reality! Every donation brings us one step closer to getting a TV in every pod. 🐯📺

Here’s some info to prep you for our upcoming coffee and donut drive!

🍩☕ KRISPY KREME COFFEE DRIVE-THRU

Support Creekwood Elementary’s House TV Project!

Monday, September 21st

Grab your morning coffee and donuts while supporting our school! Our Krispy Kreme Coffee Drive-Thru makes it easy to preorder, pay, and pick up your order during morning drop-off.

HOW IT WORKS

1. PREORDER ONLINE

Use the QR code to place your order through Givebacks. (QR code will be made so soon!)

Choose from:

🍩 Single Donut
🍩☕ Donut + Coffee
☕ Coffee
Card Payment:
Select your items and pay through Givebacks. Be prepared to show your receipt/order confirmation when you pick up your order.

Cash Payment:
Select the cash payment option when ordering. Exact cash only — no change will be available.

2. FORGOT TO PREORDER?

No problem!

QR codes will be available at the drive-thru so you can place your order from your car before receiving your items.

3. PICK UP YOUR ORDER

Orders will be delivered to designated drop-off points during morning arrival.

Please have either:

Your Givebacks receipt/order confirmation, OR
Exact cash payment
ready when you receive your order.

📢 IMPORTANT

Please preorder before September 21st whenever possible!

Preordering helps us prepare the correct number of donuts and coffee and keeps the morning drive-thru moving quickly.

❤️ WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

This fundraiser is specifically supporting our House TV Project Goal at Creekwood Elementary.

Krispy Kreme will provide the PTA with 50% reimbursement based on the orders submitted through Givebacks, while the PTA also keeps the proceeds from our sale of the donuts and coffee.

Every order helps us get closer to our House TV goal!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

To keep the drive-thru running smoothly, we need:

3 Sign Holders/Stake Holders
2 Cash Collectors
2–4 Coffee Pourers
5+ Order Deliverers
