ALERT!!! We are having issues with our email address. If you need information for property sales send a message on the messenger.

Also paper invoices are being sent. Don't stress over missing the due date as we have extended to the 15th of April.

Dues for 2026 are $125. Please note your dues are used to pay for the mowing, upkeep of the park, monuments, dumpster day, etc.

You have access to pay online via PayHoa. If you do not have an account you can request one.

Otherwise you may still mail to:

If you choose to pay by check please put your address you are paying for in the memo line.

So sorry for the delay. We are all volunteering our time to be on the HOA Board.

ALERT!!!! WE HAVE CHANGED THE DATE FOR ANNUAL MEETING!
It is now scheduled for Tuesday November 11th beginning at 6:45pm and have the reservation until 8:30, but likely will not go that long.

This is an important meeting for our home owners to attend.

We vote on the dues for 2026, review the financial budget and vote for the budget for 2026, recap events and projects from 2025, nominate and vote for the HOA Board members for 2026. Ask for ideas for events and projects for 2026.

Please note, everyone on the HOA Board volunteers their time. We meet once a month. We are in need of new volunteers, so if you would like to be an active member let me know.
It will now take place on Tuesday, November 11th starting at 6:45 at Centennial Middle School Cafeteria.

The Halloween House of 5th Street is once again hosting our Halloween Night only food drive! This is our 14th food drive and every year the community of Country Lane Estates shows amazing support! So Thank You in advance! Come by for trick r' treating and if you can, please donate some non-perishable food items. Donations go to BA Neighbors Assistance with Dignity.

Oh, and one more thing - FULL. SIZE. CANDY BARS.

2 gone 2 left to fill. As of now until they are gone we will receive yard waste/tree trimmings. Please use this to help rid your house and/yard stuff you want to throw away. Please see the restrictions in the past posts

So I was wrong, first dumpster here already

Dumpster Day is today, September 20th and is a private event for ONLY Country Lane Estates Home Owners.

First dumpsters get dropped off probably closer to 8-8:30 due to the storms just to the north.

We have only scheduled 4 dumpsters. Plan accordingly as we will not be able to add any additional.

Unacceptable Items:

Food waste
Hazardous materials
Tires
Liquids
Dead animals
Lithium-ion batteries
Refrigerators or other items with freon
Green waste (trees, limbs, grass trimmings)
Paint*

*Paint that has been completely dried is acceptable.

Dirt, rock, brick, or concrete is allowed on the larger container, we ask that you keep it to a minimum.

Lawnmowers and/or w**d eaters are acceptable if the gas and oil have been emptied and dried out.

Please be mindful that you have trash bins and recycling bins at your houses to utilize on a weekly basis. Cardboard, aluminum, glass and plastic are all able to be recycled.

Please be mindful of locking your car doors. We have had 3 people going thru the neighborhood in the last 2 weeks going thru cars in the middle of the night. If anything has been stolen from your vehicles, please file a police report.

It's the 1st day of school for Broken Arrow Public Schools. Please remember the kids in our neighborhood and Lynn Lane do not have bus service until they get to high school. So our kids walk to and from school or are car riders. Please watch for children crossing the streets. Also parents of kids walking back and forth, please talk to your kids about keeping off lawns of homeowners on their way to and from school. Stay on the sidewalk.

For our bus riders. Please remember bus safety rules. Drivers please remember when the stop sign is out on the bus, you must stop this includes if you are behind the bus or in the oncoming lane.
