(CNALMA) is a charitable organization committed to protecting and preserving the sovereignty, culture, and values of Cherokee At-Large citizens by providing opportunities to improve the quality of life for those facing emergency hardships. Through the initiative of tribal councilor Johnny Jack Kidwell and with the support of Chief Chuck Hoskins, CNALMA began the journey of becoming a reality for

those Cherokee Nation citizens living outside the boundary of the Nation’s reservation. This pathway sustains our belief of “di ga da tse li I”, We belong to one another. CNALMA is governed by a Board of Directors, of which two were appointed by the Council’s At-Large representative, a third appointed by the Chief. The Corporation has 501(c)(3) status of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The Board is governed by an approved set of By-laws.
