Duties
The Animal Control Officers are charged with the responsibility of enforcing local animal ordinances, as well as city and state animal related laws. The officers respond to calls for service related to animals running at large, vicious or dangerous animals, injured animals and animal bites. In addition, the officers are on call for emergencies occurring after hours. Adoption Fee for Dogs $

63 includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, heartworm test, and 5 in 1 preventative shot

Right now, some of our dogs and cats are still waiting for that opportunity. Through our Second Chance Spring Adoption Event, we're helping long-stay pets find the loving homes they deserve.
