We are just one week away from the start of another year of Homeschool Connection! To help us kick things off, we're welcoming Miss Rhiannon and Mr. Yoder of E-Squared Martial Arts on Thursday, September 10th from 10:30am- 11:30am. Attendees can look forward to learning basic Tae Kwon Do, including blocks and kicks, as well as some basic Tae Kwon Do history.

Homeschool Connection is a free monthly event filled with learning, fun, and exciting presenters that is open to homeschooling families. Registration is not required for this event. For more information, please contact the library at 608-897-4070.

Green County libraries were represented at the Green County Community Baby Shower! We met with new and expecting parents and shared early literacy programs and other resources. Both book clubs met this week, which means next months picks are out and ready for check-out! Standard print, large print, and book on CD copies of each are available. Stop in to grab one (or both)!

Introducing Stay Sharp kits! Designed for aging adults or individuals with special needs, each Stay Sharp kit offers a themed experience. Inside every tote bag, you’ll find a curated book and manipulatives that promote interaction, engagement, and cognitive stimulation.

We currently have one kit with a Dog theme, and look forward to adding more in the future. Find it in our Library of Things!
