Town of Avon Constable Town of Avon Constable & Emergency Manager The Town of Avon Constable is an elected position who serves a two-year term.

The Town Constable duties are outlined in WI SS 61.26(1) and by Town of Avon Resolution 2021-03 (Reaffirming and establishing the office of the constable). The current Town Constable is Chris Regenauer. Constable Regenauer and his wife have lived in the Town of Avon for approximately four years and spend most of their free time caring for and making improvements to their property. Constable Regena

uer brings almost twenty years of law enforcement experience to the position and has been granted full police powers by the Town Board. Constable Regenauer provides council and advise to the Town Board on matters of public safety. Constable Regenauer also serves as the Town's Emergency Manager and works closely with other area agencies.
