Recently I was awarded The Dorice Griffith, Leadership & Community Impact Award in honor of an amazing colleague, educator, mentor and most importantly friend/family. Over the past few months, as I’ve engaged in this campaign, I have been deeply humbled by the outpouring of support, kindness, and encouragement from people across our city. It’s one thing to live in Brockton—it’s another to be truly engaged in the community the way I’ve been throughout this journey.

Receiving my MBA diploma has given me time to reflect on my academic journey. I’m grateful for the love, support, and mentorship that helped me reach every milestone in my academic journey. Every student deserves a safe, supportive educational environment where they can thrive—and that’s the vision I’ll carry to the Brockton School Committee. 🎓✨📚From Belmont Street School in Brockton to Emmanuel College in Boston the journey continues!
