Brockton Adult Learning Center The Adult Learning Center offers a wide range of personalized classes to meet individual student needs.

Classes we offer:
- GED/HiSET preparation
- English for Speakers of Other Languages
- PreSchool Family Learning
- CNA licensure preparation
- IT Essentials training These classes are taught by a highly qualified teaching staff both mornings and evenings. We presently have 453 students enrolled in the following classes.
• High School Equivalency Test preparation (HiSET exam)
• Adult Basic Educ

ation – ELA and math
• US Citizenship test preparation
• English for Employment at CareerWorks
• Family Literacy
• Digital Literacy
• Distance Learning and on-line HiSET preparation

Can you find Cordae Higgins, the coordinator of the ALC?

A group of Public Adult Education of MA program directors and staff attended our 'Using Data to Drive Decisions' learning session. This was the final part of a six-part New Directors' Orientation that was hosted by and SABES - Massachusetts Public Adult Education PD System. The group was led by Tammy MacDonald, ABE Program Director and Adriana Monteiro, Data Tech Specialist from Blue Hills Adult Education.

We can't wait to see how these program leaders begin analyzing and evaluating their program data with a renewed focus on:

✅Managing enrollment
✅Maximizing MSG
✅Analyzing employment outcomes
