We are committed to providing the highest level of support and resources for families and all of our services are designed around the Strengthening Families approach. This is a cross-s

ystems approach to preventing abuse and neglect and promoting optimal development for all children and families, organized around building five research-based Protective Factors. The Protective Factors are:
-Parental Resilience
-Social Connections
-Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development
-Concrete Support in Times of Need
-Children’s Social and Emotional Development
