A heartfelt thank you to OCES and Vitra Health for joining us for the United Way of Greater Plymouth County Day of Caring. As we remember the lives lost and the extraordinary courage shown on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we are grateful for the spirit of service that lives on through volunteers like you. By giving your time and talents, you help strengthen our community, create a more supportive environment for those we serve, and remind our clients that they are not alone. πŸ’™πŸ’™

Today marks the beginning of Su***de Awareness Month, a time to shine a light on mental health, foster understanding, and remind one another that no one has to face life's challenges alone.

At Family & Community Resources, we believe every person deserves support, compassion, and a community that listens. This month, we encourage you to check in on those around you, have open conversations about mental health, and help break the stigma that keeps too many people suffering in silence. πŸ’™
