June 6 โ D-Day Remembrance
Today, on the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and selfless service of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944.
Their bravery in the face of extraordinary adversity helped secure freedom for millions and changed the course of history. We honor the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and all those who supported the effort, as well as the families who carried the burden of their service.
As members of the Broadmoor community, we reflect on the values they defendedโduty, service, courage, and commitment to others. Their legacy continues to inspire us in our own commitment to serving and protecting our community.
We will never forget their sacrifice.
