June 6 โ€“ D-Day Remembrance

Today, on the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and selfless service of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944.

Their bravery in the face of extraordinary adversity helped secure freedom for millions and changed the course of history. We honor the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and all those who supported the effort, as well as the families who carried the burden of their service.

As members of the Broadmoor community, we reflect on the values they defendedโ€”duty, service, courage, and commitment to others. Their legacy continues to inspire us in our own commitment to serving and protecting our community.

We will never forget their sacrifice.

What a great community event! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿš“

Members of the Broadmoor Police Department were proud to assist the Hillsborough Police Department during their annual Memorial Day Parade yesterday. It was an honor to help support a day dedicated to remembering and honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, remember, and show their community spirit. Events like these are a great reminder of the strong partnerships between our neighboring agencies and the communities we proudly serve.

What an amazing day at Police Day at Transforan!

Broadmoor had such a great time attending and supporting San Mateo County Agencies at this incredible community event. The kids absolutely loved meeting the officers, exploring the police vehicles, and participating in all the fun activities throughout the day.

Events like this are so important because they help build positive relationships between law enforcement and our youth while creating lasting memories for families in our community.

Watch our video of this fun event! Oh and turn up your sound to hear some music.

Organized by Broadmoor Reserve Officer David Vernal, sponsored by the California Reserve Peace Officer Association, and graciously hosted by the San Francisco Police Department, the Bay Area Reserve Officer Conference (BAROC) was a big success!

We want to thank everyone who helped organized and present training, including Lone Ronin Ops, who provided some excellent tactical training for all of the officers attending! www.loneroninops.com

Another way Broadmoor is helping to lead the way in the Bay Area!
