🎉 STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT SHOUTOUT!

Join us in celebrating some incredible news from our students attending Central Tech! We just got the final tracking data back for this cohort of 85 students, and they are absolutely knocking it out of the park.

While attending Central Tech, these 85 hardworking students earned a whopping 196 industry-recognized professional certifications! That is an average of over 2 professional credentials per student before they even cross the graduation stage.

Here is a quick look at what they accomplished:

53 Career Readiness Certificates (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers) proving they have top tier workplace literacy skills.

47 Industry Safety & Compliance Credentials (including OSHA 10 and Basic Life Support) making them immediate Day 1 assets to local employers.

Advanced Technical Specializations in high demand fields like Allied Health (Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Nurse Aide), Advanced Trades (Welding, HVACR, Carpentry), and IT/Cybersecurity!

We are so proud of our students for putting in the extra hours, mastering these complex skills, and building resumes that will set them up for high wage, high skill careers. Thank you to Central Tech for being a phenomenal partner in our students' educational journeys!

The passion, patience, and dedication she pours into her students and classes are truly incredible. As a Special Education teacher, she spends countless hours ensuring every student’s needs are met and that they feel supported, valued, and successful.

Our bus drivers are such an important part of our school family! 🚌

They are the first smiling faces to greet our students each morning and the last ones to send them home safely in the afternoon. Every single day they make sure our kids start and end their school day feeling safe, cared for, and welcomed.

Rain or shine, early mornings and long afternoons — they show up with patience, kindness, and big hearts for our students. They truly help set the tone for a great day of learning!

We are so thankful for the incredible bus drivers who take such amazing care of our students. 💜💛

If you see your child’s bus driver, take a moment to share a smile, a thank you, or a note of appreciation. They deserve it more than you know! 🚌✨

A massive thank you to the OSU OLIVE Center and the OSU-Tulsa Community Engagement Office for inviting our Future Teacher class to help host Literacy Night at Emerson Elementary this past Thursday!

Our students had the incredible opportunity to step into their roles as educators, guiding younger students and their families through literacy activities to prepare them for a summer of reading. We are so proud of the leadership and passion our Future Teachers displayed.

Partnerships like these provide invaluable real-world experience for our students while strengthening our entire school community. Thank you for including us in such a meaningful evening!
