After the summer storm that took down two of the 100-year-old pin oaks commemorating the WWI veterans, the Bristol Parks staff initiated a review of all of the trees to ensure they were safe. This graphic represents the current state of the trees - showing the empty spots as well as those that need to be removed. The Parks Commission will discuss the proposed replanting plan at their Sept. 16th, 6pm meeting in City Hall Conference Room 1-2.

⛳ The 15th Annual Retiree Golf League season concluded with a tournament and end of season banquet at the Pequabuck Golf Club earlier this week! Great job to all who participated and congratulations to our league championship and scramble winners!

Thank you to every single seasonal staff member who made this the best summer ever! ❤️ From laborers, to lifeguards, to recreation leaders, camp nurses, water safety instructors, camp directors, ropes course facilitators, and paraprofessionals - we would not be able to do it without you all!

Good News?? Bristol's Parks will be open!! Have a happy and safe Labor Day in the park!
