On behalf of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PA Turnpike) and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), you are invited to the upcoming Delaware River Bridge Project Public Meeting Open Houses. Two in-person Public Meeting Open Houses are scheduled, preceded by a Virtual Public Meeting option. Similar information will be shared at all three meetings.

The June Virtual Public Meeting and in-person Open Houses will include detailed information on the PA Turnpike/NJTA recommended preferred alternative, the bridge type, resources and potential impacts, evaluation of and opportunities for bicycle and pedestrian improvements, an updated project schedule and next steps.

Saving seeds feels so rewarding once you try it 🌱 A few tips I’ve learned:
🍅 Tomatoes do best with a quick ferment before drying.
🌶️ Peppers need to fully ripen first, green peppers usually mean immature seeds.
🫘 Beans are easiest when the pods dry right on the plant.
🥒 Cucumbers and zucchini need to go past the eating stage before saving seed.
🏷️ Label everything with the variety and year before storing.
I like keeping seeds in a cool, dry, dark spot so they stay usable longer.
