Exciting improvements are happening at Congdon Park! 🌳

New trees have been planted, and fresh rubber mulch has been added to the playground area (more mulch to come) to create a safer and more enjoyable space for families.

With beautiful views of the St. Joseph River and plenty of room to play, today is the perfect day to visit one of Bristol’s favorite parks. We hope you’ll stop by, enjoy the scenery, and check out these latest enhancements!

What a great evening at our first Hometown Summer Night of the season!

Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy a beautiful summer evening in downtown Bristol. We are so grateful for the support shown to our local businesses, vendors, and community organizations. Events like these remind us that Bristol is more than just a town - it’s a community that comes together to support one another!

Looking back, one thing we wish we had taken more pictures of was all the smiling faces, friends reconnecting, and families making memories throughout the evening.

A special thank you to Off Topic for providing a fantastic night of music, all of our vendors for joining us, and T&B Whited Groom and Board for bringing Obie the pony, who was a hit with kids and adults alike!

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended. Your support helps make events like this possible and strengthens the vibrant community we are proud to call home.

Be sure to mark your calendars for our next Hometown Summer Night on Friday, July 17! The event will be held in the Town Hall parking lot between The Redbird and the Bristol Opera House. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Storm Damage Brush Collection

We know several residents experienced storm damage and have fallen limbs and branches that need to be cleaned up. To allow everyone time to gather their brush, the Town will conduct its regularly scheduled brush collection on Thursday, June 18.

Please review the Town's brush collection guidelines:

✅ Brush piles must be free of trash and debris.

✅ Branches and limbs must be less than 8 feet in length.

✅ If you have multiple piles, please leave a clear separation between them.

✅ Keep brush piles accessible and not blocked by parked vehicles.

Material generated by contractors, tree services, landscapers, or other hired workers. Contractors are responsible for removing any debris they create.

Thank you for your patience as our community recovers from the recent storms. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping make the collection process run smoothly.
