The park charges $3 per car, but SCDP has everything else!
Family, including leashed dogs, and friends come out to meet and talk with Democratic Candidates who are on the August 06 ballot,
EARLY VOTING BEGINS FRIDAY JULY 17.

Vandalism and aggressive intimidation have returned to the 2026 campaign. In the 2024 election we had two individuals arrested for damaging political signs and threatening phone calls. Now my 4 ft. x 4 ft. campaign sign was stolen from private property. This occurred Tues. 07/07 in the morning. A report has been filed with Sullivan Co. Sheriff's office, State and County Transportation offices and the Election Commission. I had permission from the business owner to place the sign and of course no cameras and noone saw anything. I am meeting with a reporter from WCYB today, Weds. 07/08.

Look, I'm not going away. I've knocked on over 200 doors, met and spoke with a so many nice, welcoming people that I am encouraged to continue. Claiming to be for Democracy and removing freedom of speech do not go together.

The hard work is in pressing on while negative/bullying tactics are thrown your way. Please encourage all you know to vote Aug 06 (early voting starts July 17th.

Signs are out!! Door knocking continues!!

Very Nice People !! That's what I discovered while out campaigning and door knocking this weekend. I've also heard concerns about PFAS (forever plastics) contamination and Intermont utilities among other things. Overall, very nice and kind individuals in Dist.1 Sullivan Co. P.S. - amazing how many times I had to go into Virginia to get to people in Sullivan Co!!
