It’s the end of The Honey Do Service’s journey with the historic E.W. King House. After fully renovating and occupying the building for over 3 years we have decided it’s time to move on. As a local handyman and remodeling company, our continuous goal is to revitalize our historic community. We feel that the King House now stands strong and will be cared for lovingly by its new owner.

Thank you all for your support and for following us through this transformative journey.

Here’s to the future of our ever-growing Twin Cities!

This past weekend we were invited by the Bristol Historical Society to attend their Annual Christmas Luncheon featuring Daniel Shew’s program, “Restoring Bristol, One House at a Time.”

As part of the presentation The Honey Do Franchising Group CEO, Brad Fluke, was asked to come up and speak about our revitalization work with the King House.

It was during this speech that he was presented with an award from the Historical Society for “Excellence in Historic Preservation.” We couldn’t be more honored! This is the Christmas present we didn’t know we wanted! 😊

The team here at the Honey Do Franchising Group can’t thank Tyler Fraser - Real Estate Photography enough for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit the EW King House and take these beautiful photos. It has now been 3 long years since we first acquired and began restoring the King house, and we can now proudly say our reconstruction efforts are wrapped. Those of us on the team that have been here to witness the entire process are in awe seeing these photos and getting to reminisce on how far this house has come…

As a handyman and remodeling service, the EW King House was the ultimate project for our master craftsman to tackle. And for our CEO, a Bristol native, the goal that was always at the front of his mind was to restore this piece of Bristol’s history to its former glory while also updating the home to guarantee it will still be standing another 100+ years from now. She now overlooks downtown Bristol as a testament to this town’s resilience and dedication to its community.

Thank you, Bristol, for trusting us to restore a home that holds years of local history and untold amounts of memories for so many families and friends. ❤
