Through the month of March we will be accepting donations for the New Hope Crisis Center. The New Hope Crisis Center provides crisis intervention, advocacy, shelter, and counseling to families and individuals in Box Elder County.

Baby items are always in need. Suggested items include, but are not limited to: Diapers, baby blankets, wipes, baby food and baby care items. Donations will be accepted through March 31, 2014 and can be turned in to the front office.

We want to remind you about the PACE Club Kick-off Meeting. It is being held TODAY at 4:30 pm. The location is USU Brigham City, Rm. 166 (Milton P. Miller Building). We are looking forward to hearing your ideas and planning the projects for this semester. Pizza, drinks, and dessert will be served!

PACE, or Proactive Advocates for Community Empowerment, is the new social work club for RCDE Students. The club is involved with community service, professional training, and networking. This club is based in Brigham City, but students from other sites are welcome to join via IVC connection. The club is the RCDE chapter of Phi Alpha, the Social Work Honor Society, though you do not need to be a Phi Alpha member to join.

Kick off-meeting: Monday February 3, 2014, 4:30 pm

Where: USU Brigham City, Miller Building, Rm. 166.

Food Will Be Served!

IVC connections have been arranged with the other sites and rooms will be announced shortly.
