We are proud to announce our Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Shirt Fundraiser!

This year, Bridgewater Firefighters Local 2611 is joining forces with Raynham Firefighters Local 2894 and the Bridgewater Raynham Education Association to support a cause that touches so many families.

October is designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a time annually devoted to educating everyone about breast cancer, including metastatic breast cancer (MBC), and the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care.

This year, our fundraiser will support the Winders Family, who have courageously faced cancer head-on.

While we may have different zip codes, Bridgewater and Raynham are one community. When one of our families needs support, our firefighters, educators, residents, and local businesses come together.

The Bridgewater Fire Department is proud of FF Chris Hamilton and FF Mike Rosa, who took on the Falmouth Road Race this past weekend as members of the Tiny Transplant Titans Team.

Chris and Mike ran in honor of Mia, the daughter of fellow firefighter FF Ben Garlington, who is currently awaiting a liver transplant. Their dedication, strength, and willingness to support Mia and the Garlington family is what being part of the fire service is all about. ❤️

Congratulations, Chris and Mike, on an incredible race—and thank you for running for such an important cause!

Earlier today, Bridgewater firefighters brought the Tower truck to Legion Field during the Bridgewater Little League Wiffle Ball Tournament. They captured a video of the kids cheering on the 12U team who will be playing in the Little League World Series this week.
