Finally time to get a grip on the tack around here.. it always seems like the the plumber's drippy faucet is the last one to get fixed! 😂

There's a shift coming in creativity, and it feels like it's time. As much as I've loved cleaning tack and helping people with their tack's care and maintenance, my body doesn't.. neither does my blood pressure 😂.
We might help out a friend here or there, but it Feels like its time to scale that back, pull the shingle and do some things that I've wanted to get back to, or try for a few years now.... so let's see what's next!!!!!!

Thank you to all the clients over the years that became friends, and all the friends that supported Tackfully Done along the way here on Failbook for the past 15 years... since February, 2010.

See ya at the fence rail ;)

When severe weather shows up on the forecast, how do you keep your horses safe? UMN Equine Extension Program ( University of Minnesota) has the info you need to know..

Strong winds and tornados can have a devastating impact on horse farms. Here are a few tips to help you prepare ahead of a storm.

🏠 Remember, human safety comes first. Take cover when severe weather is near.
⚠️ Have a way to receive severe weather alerts.
🐴 Have a plan for your horse. Barns may protect horses from debris but can trap them if in the path of a tornado. Large open areas with little debris potential may be better for leaving horses outside but horses may get trapped in fencing or become loose.
🖊 ID your horse (e.g., microchip, livestock paint) and remove their halter
🧰 Prior to severe weather, restock your first aid kit, make sure your horse is up-to-date on their tetanus vaccine, and secure a three-day supply of feed, water, and meds.
