Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember and honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, as well as the countless heroes who responded with courage and selflessness.

Today, we pause to remember those we lost, honor the bravery of our first responders and service members, and recognize the strength and unity that carried our nation through one of its darkest days.

May we never forget.
