Day 99. ❤️ The Final Day of My 11th Year of 99-Days.

And just like that, 99 days have come to an end.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along, cheered me on, shared my posts, commented with encouraging words, and donated to the Southwestern CT Agency on Aging. You are the strength that keeps me going, year after year.

I created 99-Days to spread awareness about dementia and to honor the many people who dedicate themselves to promoting wellness, independence, connection, and quality of life for aging adults.

Over these past 99 days, I’ve been reminded again and again that healthy aging is about so much more than exercise and nutrition. It’s about purpose. It’s about friendship. It’s about staying connected. It’s about community. And it’s about making sure no one has to age alone.

So, as I close out this 11th year, I’m asking for one final push.

From today through Labor Day, can we raise an additional $1,000? 🙏

SMPs play a unique role in the fight against Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse. SMP volunteers and staff serve as “eyes and ears” in their communities, educating beneficiaries to be the first line of defense.

This past Saturday, the SWCAA crew traded computers and conference rooms for sunshine, food, games, and a whole lot of fun! 🌭🎶🏖️

We loved having our SWCAA employees bring their families along for the fun, too! The more, the merrier—and with all the games, laughs, food, and friendly competition, there was definitely no shortage of entertainment. 😎
